The “Roman Emperors and Danube Wine Route” will be exhibitor at this year’s CMT Stuttgart in January 12th-13th. We welcome you to visit us in Hall 10 (stand number 10D38) and explore the fascinating and diverse Roman history of the Danube region, learn about the destinations and new tourism products. The thematic “Roman Emperors and Danube Wine Route” runs through 5 countries – Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria – encompassing 23 archaeological sites and 12 wine regions from ancient Roman times. It links remarkable historical locations, from which 3 are at the UNESCO World Heritage List, and blends in the characteristic wine culture, thus making the rich history of the Roman Empire a tangible experience for the visitor. This Route covers a unique geographic and cultural region for learning about and understanding the Late Roman Empire. In 2015 the Route was certified as European Cultural Route at the European Institute for Cultural Routes (EICR) appreciating its high European values. Besides obtaining the information on the Route as a touristic product, by visiting our stand you will also get the chance to test your knowledge and win interesting prizes. We are looking forward to meeting you! For appointments please contact: Emilie Bitz, bitz@mascontour.info
