This summer, the Danube Competence Center coordinated one of its most ambitious online campaigns to date – Danube Cycling & Outdoors 2025 – bringing together 16 partners from 8 countries to jointly promote the Danube as a top destination for cycling and outdoor travel.
What makes this campaign special is that, for the first time ever, all countries along the Danube section of the EuroVelo 6 route were represented in a single online initiative.

The campaign focused on showcasing the full diversity of cycling and outdoor experiences along the Danube – from national highlights to hidden gems – all centered around the iconic EuroVelo 6 route.
From concept development and landing page design to campaign execution and content creation, the Danube Competence Center managed every stage of the campaign.
