Ingredients:

  • 100gm fresh chanterelles

  • 100 gm fresh porcini

  • 1 teaspoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 200 gm sour cream

  • 50 gm each parmesan and feta

  • salt, pepper, basil, garlic

Fry the mushrooms in the butter and oil, then add the garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then add the grated cheese and sour cream. Stir over heat until the cheese melts and at the very end add finely chopped basil.
