Apart from fertile plains, countryside, sound of tambourine and excellent wines, other associations of Baranja and Vojvodina are definitely multiculturalism and diverse gastronomy. Day 1: Group welcome in Novi Sad, followed by walking tour in the city center with Synagogue, City Hall, Church of the Name of Mary, Zmaj Jovina and Dunavska street, Danube Park. Accommodation, free time and traditional Slovak dinner and overnight stay in the authentic rural ambience.

Day 2: After breakfast departure to Sremski Karlovci, walking tour in the old town with the fountain Four Lions, the famous Karlovci Gymnasium, the Magistrate, the Patriarchal Palace and the Seminary. A visit to the museum of the Kuglof, where we will try our best to prepare homemade cakes with pork fat – gurabia and a bowl of cloves, a traditional cake from the time of the Austro-Hungarian monarch. Traditional Vojvodina lunch and wine tasting, return to Novi Sad. Free time, dinner at the Danube shore and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: After breakfast, departure to Svetozar Miletic village, which is well known for Lemeski kulen, a meat specialty with protected geographical origin. Getting to know the process of its making, for which only three ingredients are used: top quality pork, red home grown pepper and salt. Entering Croatia near Batina, visiting the Battle of Batina monument. Arrival in Zmajevac, tour of the Catholic Survey and wine tasting. Visit to the local farm in Knezevi vinogradi and tasting of Baranja kulen, protected at the European Union level. Tour of the Lost time street and introduction to the process of producing Baranja milled spicy peppers. Dinner in the town of Vardarac where you can try veal in Hungarian way, frog specialties, stuffed duck, rabbit, wild boar or chicken breast. Drive to Osijek, overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Breakfast. Tour of Osijek, baroque Osijek fortress and the longest secession line in this part of Europe. Lunch in Cepin with tasting of black Slavonian pig, autochthonous Croatian breed. End of programme.
