Meet the vast and fertile Baranja plain, the centre of one of the most appreciated Croatian vineyards, which turns into the green pearl of the Danube River, Kopacki rit.

Through a visit to the nature park that spreads on both sides of the Croatian-Serbian border, get to know the space where nature and people have achieved lifelong admiration through the past centuries.

The cultural treasure, kept in numerous village houses and museum collections will show you life in the country farms, villages and towns, where the atmosphere still reflects the spirit of good old times.

Day 1: Group arrival to Osijek, a panoramic city tour and a journey to the ethnological centre of the House of Baranja heritage in Beli Manastir. Tour of the ethnological complex and introduction to the rich ethnological collection. Travel to Knezevi Vineyards, a pleasant walk along the wine streets and a visit to wine cellars concealed deep in the hill. Tasting of the most excellent local wines, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: After breakfast, departure to Backi Monostor, a village surrounded by the Danubian river branches and channels, also called "a village on the seven Danubes". Visit ethno households, tasting of local wines and brandy, with lunch. A ride to Bezdan and a visit to the "Novitet Danube" a craft factory, which to this day fosters the tradition of the finest damask handmade weaving. Departure to Sombor, the greenest city of Serbia with 120 km of tree avenues, city sightseeing, a dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Breakfast. Departure to Apatin, once the largest German settlement in Backa, known for the beer production and the famous for the bronze statue of the goddess Nike, which dominates over the marina. This is followed by a tour of the city and a visit to the farm – farm, lunch and tasting of local products, such as brandy, wine, Kulen, homemade sausages, cheese, fruit and vegetable products.
