The Danube Competence Center hosted the 4th Partner Meeting of the Active2Public Transport (A2PT) project on April 8–9, 2025, in Belgrade. Supported by the Interreg Danube Region Programme, the event brought together mobility experts, urban planners, and public transport professionals from across the region.

Over two days, participants shared ideas and pilot actions aimed at better connecting walking and cycling with public transport to encourage more sustainable travel habits. Highlights included engaging workshops, on-site visits to Belgrade’s transport infrastructure, and inspiring examples of how urban design can support greener mobility. As project partners, we’re committed to supporting this important shift toward low-carbon, people-centered transport systems in the Danube Region.
